Sampo is a juggler and a circus artist. He has graduated from the Arts Academy of Turku University of Applied Sciences in 2005 after which he has worked as a circus artist and a teacher of circus arts. He has also studied physical theatre performing in the Jacques Lecoq International Theatre School (École Internationale de Théâtre Jacques Lecoq) in Paris, France in 2007-2008. He has worked as a performer in theatres, events, projects and festivals both in Finland and abroad. In his work Sampo aims in speechless story-telling by the means of comedy, clowning and circus arts. Sampo has received a grant for artistic work for the year of 2010 from the Arts Council of Finland.
